Britain's leader plans to press allies to provide Ukraine with more long-range missiles to strike Moscow's positions during a meeting in Britain on the upcoming Friday.

The prime minister plans to receive President Zelensky alongside the so-called "alliance of supportive nations", consisting of more than 20 of Ukraine's allies who have agreed to offer Ukraine security guarantees once fighting stops is arranged.

The Ukrainian leader has been urging for several weeks for further extended-range systems from allied countries, a move that the Russian government has warned would intensify the hostilities.

Ukraine's leader is travelling from Brussels, where he conferred with European Union officials on Thursday pursuing financial support.

"The only person participating in the ongoing war who declines to stop the conflict is Vladimir Putin," Starmer stated.

Britain's leader will also announce that one hundred further air defense systems will be delivered to Ukraine sooner than scheduled, as specified in a multi-billion pound agreement struck between the United Kingdom and the Ukrainian government in spring.

Britain's leader will press leaders to expand the delivery of extended-range systems following a successful attack on a manufacturing site in the Bryansk region, Russia, using UK-provided advanced weaponry.

"And his brutal attacks on young children in a preschool in recent days demonstrate that crystal clear," he continued.

Several minors were included in no fewer than seven killed in multiple enemy assaults on the country, which struck a preschool facility in the second biggest city Kharkiv.

Economic Talks

The Prime Minister will confer with supporting countries on methods to withdraw Moscow's energy exports off the global market.

They will also examine using seized Moscow funds to offer the Ukrainian government with economic assistance, although the proposal faced insufficient agreement and regulatory obstacles at the EU conference on yesterday.

The EU stopped short of approving a plan to utilize as much as €140 billion in seized Russian resources to financially prop up Kyiv's finances.

Nevertheless, the participants consented to assist with Ukraine's "budgetary necessities" for the upcoming biennium.

United States also disclosed restrictions on Wednesday against the Russian major energy corporations, Rosneft and the private firm, as part of efforts to add monetary leverage on the Kremlin to commence ceasefire negotiations.

The Russian government initiated its comprehensive attack of the country in winter 2022. The invading forces currently holds about 20% of Ukraine's soil, including the southern region Russia took control of in 2014.
