I will overwhelm 'legitimate boxer' Jake Paul - Anthony Joshua
Anthony Joshua prepares to battle the American YouTuber in an eight round contest which will be broadcast live on Netflix.
British boxer Joshua said he will "stamp all over" the American and "break" the American as the pair met personally to publicize the upcoming boxing match.
Former two time world boxing king Joshua faces YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a massive disparity - at Miami's Kaseya Center on December 19th.
Boxer's Attitude
"I'm going to break his face and break his body up. My goal is to show I'm superior," Joshua, 35 years old, declared.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I will seriously aim to injure him. That's my goal."
Respectful Exchange
In spite of these statements, a calm Joshua and internet personality Paul - usually recognized for his showmanship - exchanged pleasantries and kept it respectful with each other.
Jake Paul rather criticized former Joshua's opponent the Cameroonian fighter and called him "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian rejected a fight offer.
Taking Aim at Tyson Fury
Anthony Joshua, at the same time, targeted British opponent Fury - and refused a million-pound wager 'Tyson Fury' says he will place on a victory for Paul.
"[Paul] outshines Tyson Fury - he's actually sitting here," Joshua said.
"I respect him for that."
