Further Images from Epstein's Property Made Public by Democratic US Congress Members
Development plans for Epstein's personal tropical island included in the released materials.
Additionally contained in this new image disclosure is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a strait in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a legend detailing different sections of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what seem to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring plans for marina coverings.
Further materials released as part of the current oversight disclosure.
